Shohochori Elixirs creates premium fragrance products with care. Due to the personal-use nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Returns:
We accept return requests only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shohochorielixirs@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product
- Delivery package photos, if applicable
Refunds:
If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
No Returns For:
- Opened or used perfume products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delays caused by courier or customs
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
